Our Story
Northwest Premier Homes & Land was founded with a simple goal: to help rental property owners avoid common pitfalls and mistakes. Our founder started this company as a rental owner themselves, bringing valuable firsthand experience to every client relationship.
As a licensed professional with solid experience in residential real estate sales and leasing transactions, we've grown to serve property owners and renters throughout Kitsap, Snohomish, East King, Grant, Douglas, and Chelan Counties.
Our expertise extends to the management of single-family homes, condos, duplexes, multifamily properties, vacation, and short-term rentals. We've recently expanded our offerings to include short-term and vacation rental services in the Columbia River and Lake Chelan areas.
